The breakfast selection process, a delightful ritual, preceded by the anticipation of the culinary delights to come, was a lovely touch.But it was the Sant'Uberto restaurant that truly stole the show. Serving typical Tuscan cuisine and local Maremma specialties, each dish narrated a tale of tradition and flavor. The a la carte options and daily selections delighted my palate, with the house wine adding the perfect finish.The ambiance mirrored a Tuscan dream, enhanced by the attentive staff, particularly Valentine, who elevated the dining experience. For those seeking a retreat encompassing culinary innovation and warm hospitality, Residence Sant'Uberto beckons as a haven of gastronomic enchantment.
